What qualifications do I need to apply for “cross-area retail”?

Update:
  1. A business entity, business entity with a uniform invoice purchase certificate issued by National Tax Administration, or an agent with a registration certificate may apply for a cross-area retail system account. 
  2. Agents of a business entity shall, on the other hand, go to business entity’s local competent withholding office to apply for a centralized purchase (agent relationship).
