Why cannot I use my "cross-area retail" account anymore?

There are two scenrios for the  cross-area retail account obtained being suddenly not usable:

  1. The overdue uncollected order shall be automatically invalidated; if it happens 3 times or more, the cross-area subscription qualification will be cancelled.

  2. If the business entity 's regulatory file is changed so that the Uniform Invoice Purchase Certificate is not in conformity with the initial application information, the system shall temporarily lock the account. Please submit the color scan file or photo file of the changed new Purchase Certificate to invoice@ppmof.gov.tw, and the service shall be resumed after the information is verified.
