How should the winning electronic invoices from public utilities be redeemed for prizes?
Update:
- If the public utility's customer pays by the designated debit account, the prize money of the fifth prize and sixth prize of the uniform invoices or the exclusive NT$2000 prize of the non-physical electronic invoices may be automatically transferred to the customer's designated debit account in the financial (postal) institution.
- After the consumer has been notified by the public utility, he/she may, with the paper-based payment notice or the paid certificate (including the print-out of the electronic bill) issued by the public utility, redeem the winning prize at the post office. The winner can also print the winning electronic invoice certificate from the convenience store’s multimedia KIOSK (for example: ibon of 7-ELEVEN, Famiport of FamilyMart, Life-ET of Hi-Life, and OK go of OK MART) to redeem the winning prize at the post office.
