How do I apply for "cross-area retail"?

  1. Please search for "Invoice Online Purchase and Query System," and click on "Uniform Invoice Subscription/Period/Online Subscription through the Cross-Area Retail System" to enter the account application.

  2. After the account application is successful, you shall receive a welcome email from the official website of the Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance. Please submit the electronic information for review according to the content of the welcome email:
    A:The business entity shall submit the "Affidavit of Online Pre-Purchase - for business entity" with the color scan files or photo files of the front and back sides of the Uniform Invoice Purchase Certificate.
    B:The agent shall submit the "Affidavit of Online Pre-Purchase - for agent" with the scan file or photo file of the the license registration certificate.

  3. After the electronic data has passed the review, you shall receive the account activation notice email from the Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance. Click on the link URL enclosed to activate the account.

  4. You can login to "Online Uniform Invoice Purchase and Inquiry System of Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance (https://invoice.ppmof.gov.tw)/Uniform Invoice Subscription/Period/Online Subscription through the Cross-Area Retail System" for uniform invoice subscription.
