To improve counter pickup convenience for bulk uniform invoices, from October 1, 2025, all sales outlets of the National Taxation Bureau of the Southern Area will accept online applications.

To enhance the convenience of over-the-counter self-pickup for bulk purchases of uniform invoices, effective October 1, 2025, all authorized sales outlets under the National Taxation Bureau of the Southern Area will offer a service allowing applicants to submit purchase applications online.

  1. How to apply: Visit our plant’s Online Invoice Purchase and Inquiry System (https://invoice.ppmof.gov.tw) → Invoice Purchase.
  2. First-time users must register for an account. Those who already have an agent account for Cross-Region Online Purchase, Cross-Bureau Retail, or Online Pre-order may log in directly.
  3. Online submission period: From the 1st to the 14th day of the preceding even-numbered month.
  4. Orders may be modified until 11:59 p.m. (midnight) on the order date. After this time, modifications are not permitted. The order file will be transmitted to the authorized sales outlet for subsequent processing on the next business day.
  5. The business entity control file will be checked at both the time of ordering and pickup. If purchase suspension or purchase restriction controls apply, the case will be added to the exception list.
