To simplify the invoice purchasing process and reduce waiting time at service counters, effective September 30, 2025, an Online Pre-order system is made available for agents and business entities to pre-order business invoices issued by the National Taxation Bureau of the Southern Area, with self-pickup at any authorized sales outlet in Tainan City (cross–tax bureau pickup is not permitted)

- Pre-order website: Online Invoice Purchase and Inquiry System of the Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance (https://invoice.ppmof.gov.tw) → Invoice Purchase → Select Period → Online Pre-order.
- First-time users must register for an account. Those who already have an account for Cross-Region Online Purchase or Cross-Bureau Retail may use their existing account and password to log in directly.
- Pre-order process:
- Pre-order period: From the 5th day of the preceding even-numbered month to the 19th day of the current even-numbered month.
- Payment before pickup:
- Payment must be completed via Taiwan Pay or virtual account transfer (e.g., ATM or online banking). For unpaid orders, cancellation or modification must be completed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the next business day after the pre-order is placed. Changes are not permitted after this deadline. Once payment is completed, the order cannot be modified.
- For pre-orders with payment completed, invoice pickup notifications will be sent via SMS starting from the 15th day of the preceding even-numbered month, in accordance with the over-the-counter retail schedule. Please collect the invoices within five business days of receiving the notification.
