Related measures are specified as follows:

1. Implementation of the non-stop online and home delivery services
   1. The uniform invoice online subscription period is extended: The subscription date, which starts from July 20, 2021 is extended from July 31, 2021 to August 10, 2021. The subscription will also be divided into two batches for number allocation and packing. Details in regard the batches are as follows:
      1. The 1^st batch: For orders placed between July 20 and July 31, the uniform invoices will have the numbers allocated and be packed starting from August 1 (that is, no more change to the order after August 1); and will be delivered to customers before August 25.
      2. The 2^nd batch: Tor orders placed between August 1 and August 10, the uniform invoices will have the numbers allocated and be packed starting from August 11 (that is, no more change to the order after August 11); and will also be delivered to customers before August 25.
      3. Where the abovementioned orders have been paid using a virtual account and Taiwan Pay, the uniform invoices will have the numbers allocated and be packed on July 26 (no more change to the order as the payment has already been arranged); and will be delivered before August 20.
   2. Advanced schedule of “home delivery service for uniform invoices subscribed through the cross-area retail system”: To provide a non-stop online sales service and encourage subscribers to use the online subscription and home delivery services, the “home delivery service for uniform invoices subscribed through the cross-area retail system (applicable to subscribers within the same area)” will be advanced from June 20, 2021 to June 11, 2021; and will be ended on the 19^th of the even month (that is, October 19).
2. Propose a purchase diversion mechanism to all uniform invoice agent points: To meet the pandemic prevention and control requirements, subscribers are suggested to, during the over-the-counter subscription period (August 15 to 31), subscribe uniform invoices according to the last digit of their tax (business) ID number. That is, subscribers are highly recommended to purchase uniform invoices on the date that corresponds to their last digit (whether it is an even/odd number) according to the following principles. Nevertheless, if the subscribers fail to do so, they are still eligible to carry out the subscription to avoid popular grievance.
3. Advance the entire’ country’s schedule for subscribing uniform invoices over the counter: Continuously advocate to advance the over-the-counter subscription schedule for September-October uniform invoices to August 15, 2021 among nationwide uniform invoice agent points.
   1. Where the last digit is an “odd” number: Subscriptions on any odd day in August (ex. August 15, 17, 19 and 31) is highly recommended.
   2. Where the last digit is an “even” number: Subscriptions on any even day in August (ex. August 16, 18, 20 and 30) is highly recommended.
