All sales agents under the National Taxation Bureau of the Northern Area will begin providing the online submission service for purchase application data starting from December 1, 2023

To enhance convenience with uniform invoice over-the-counter pickup services, all sales agents under the National Taxation Bureau of the Northern Area will begin providing the online submission service for purchase application data starting from December 1, 2023.

For detailed information, please visit the official website of the Plant (https://www.ppmof.gov.tw) and go to the section Uniform Invoices/Introduction to Subscriptions/ Explanation of the Over-the-counter Self-pickup Process for Bulk Orders (Pre-orders):

  1. Invoice subscription path: The Plant’s “Online Uniform Invoice Purchase and Inquiry System”/ Uniform Invoice Subscription.
  2. Application for an account is required for first-time users. Those who already have a “cross-area online purchase”, “cross-area retail system” or “online pre-purchase” agent account can log in directly to use the account.
  3. Online submission commencement time: From the 1st to the 14th of the last even month.
  4. Amendments to orders can be made until 12 a.m. on the day of purchase. No changes are allowed after this deadline. Moreover, the files must be submitted to the sales agent on the next working day to facilitate subsequent procedures.
  5. The business entity's control file(s) will be verified upon purchasing or picking up the uniform invoices. Any suspended or restricted purchase-related controls will be included in the abnormal list.
