Important Notice for Applying the Purchase of the March-April (2023) Uniform Invoices

For people who desire to purchase the uniform invoices of March and April, 2023, the over-the-counter application service will be offered at nationwide uniform invoice agent points starting from February 15. To avoid people crowding into sales agent points for purchasing uniform invoices between February 20 and 24, it is suggested that people can apply for the purchase of uniform invoices in advance between February 15 and 18 to spread the crowd out.

The sales agent points at Taipei City offers the services of “on-site calling and inquiry on the number of people waiting for purchasing uniform invoices”. Purchasers can check the number of people waiting on site before going to the sales agent point. Please use this service to avoid a long waiting in queue.

Besides, purchasers can also well-use the non-stop online and home delivery services to purchase March-April (2023) uniform invoices. Please go to the Plant’s “Online Uniform Invoice Purchase and Inquiry System” website to proceed with the purchase during the opening hours as follows:

  1. Cross-area online purchase: The service will be offered between January 20 and February 10 (non-stop during the lunar new year period). The file-closing dates of each purchase application period are as follows:
    1. The 1st batch: The purchase application period is between January 20 and 30, 2023: The closing date is February 1 and the invoice numbers will be numbered from this date.
    2. The 2nd batch: The purchase application period is between February 1 and 5, 2023: The closing date is February 6 and the invoice numbers will be numbered from this date.
    3. The 3rd batch: The purchase application period is between February 6 and 10, 2023: The closing date is February 11 and the invoice numbers will be numbered from this date.
  2. Home delivery for uniform invoices purchased through the cross-area retail system: The purchase application period is between February 11 and April 19.

As the February 28 holidays are around the corner, please well use the online purchase application service to avoid a long waiting at the sales agent point.
